Personal Growth
Starting therapy can seem scary or uncomfortable at first, but facing that fear leads to positive outcomes and a better quality of life. Therapy can help you work though issues and feel less stuck; it can lead to tremendous personal growth.
Success in Therapy
A key aspect of success in therapy is feeling comfortable with your therapist—it simply has to be a good fit. I value cultural sensitivity and utilize a holistic approach with a variety of therapeutic modalities to help individuals, families, and couples reach their goals.
